We completely repositioned this malt whisky brand. The challenge was to make major inroads into new global territories. We started with research among consumers and trade audiences in key international markets. The insights we gained from that process were fed into our design process and led us to create a new brand identity, completely new packaging and new marketing material.
We created literature outlining the new brand essence and web sites and films explaining the unique character of this whisky. Our partnership-based approach led to us helping source and brief bottling and packaging suppliers and manage the production process to the highest quality standards. Planning is now underway to develop a long term customer engagement strategy for all of the new advocates of the brand. Production has doubled at the distillery to keep pace with the growing demand.
